I was working out last night in the gym doing my usual routine of bech presses and arm curls and it got me thinking could I arm curl a Safety Barrier, I didn�t have one to hand (being in the gym it would be a little weird) so knowing the weight of a safety barrier is 25kg, I grabbed an equivalent dumbbell in each hand and gave it all I had I managed to pump out 4 sets of 8 reps with each arm before they felt like falling off.
